I bought a few items from RAD, but unfortunately, the wrong sizes got delivered. So I messaged them and told them about it, the customer support was really good and they had it changed in just a few days.
While I can sing songs about the seven products I have purchased, I'd like to talk about something far more critical. One should judge a company based on its Customer Support. I must say that I have yet to come across one that even comes close to Rad Team customer support in Pakistan. I've been disappointed with Standard Charted to Daraz's customer support. I knew I screwed big time when I messed up selecting the wrong sizes, and I didn't like one of the Tees. To my surprise, all of this was replaced within a week, and it was hassle-free. The Rad team has raised the bar; because of their quality customer service and quality products (no wonder they are out of stock).
I wish them lot's of success and look forward to doing more business with them again.
